Concerns or Complaints

Please do not hesitate to contact us at the above contact numbers if you have any concerns regarding the EQA Designation, brand usage or the administrative processes associated with the EQA Designation.

In instances of an individual contacting BCCIE to make a complaint about an EQA-designated institution, BCCIE will refer the individual to the appropriate quality assurance body for appropriate action. BCCIE will wait for the appropriate body to complete an investigation on the complaint and once the investigation is complete, determine whether the outcome of the investigation results in the institution no longer being eligible for EQA Designation.
